Account details and preferences; research sessions, tracking lists, and content you save; plan, payment-order, and support history; and technical data required to secure and operate the service.
2. API keys and sensitive data
API keys you configure are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Secret values are not returned in plaintext after saving. You remain responsible for limiting provider permissions and rotating keys regularly.
3. Isolation and retention
Workspace data is associated with each account. Signed-out trial results use a pseudonymous identifier and expire automatically after 24 hours. Account data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet payment obligations, and handle valid requests.
4. Cookies and advertising measurement
Essential cookies support sign-in, security, and language preferences. The Google Ads tag loads only after you accept measurement cookies. API keys and research content are not sent with conversion events.
5. Your controls
You can export data or request deletion from your account. Limited records may need to be retained for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, or applicable legal obligations.
6. Providers and security
The service may call YouTube, Google Trends, and configured providers to fulfil research requests. We use access controls, administrator two-factor authentication, and appropriate technical safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.
